How to enter

It is free to enter an award and we encourage you to enter as many categories as you feel are relevant to your technology/solution. Please find below a step by step guide to lead you through the entry process.

  1. Select Award(s)
    Go to the categories page and click on the award category you are interested in entering.
     
  2. Register
    To view the specific entry questions for your category, click on the award name. You will then need to register your company details and choose a username and password. Please make a record of this username and password as this will be your login for the entire entry process.
     
    Please note: if you are entering on behalf of different clients or wish to enter the same company into the same category more than once, you will need to re-register each time. For example, if you are a PR agency submitting an entry into Retail Advertising Campaign for 2 different clients, you will need to register separately, i.e. Emap Communications (the name of your company) – Retail Week magazine (the name of your client) under one login and Emap Communications – Drapers magazine under a separate login. To re-register you will need to close your internet browser and reopen so that the website recognises you as a new user. If you do not do this, the website will continue to log you in under your original details.
     
  3. Compile your entry
    Once you have registered, you will then be taken to the entry questions page. Please ensure you complete all of the sections carefully and note that word count is strict, once you reach zero you will not be able to type anymore.
     
    Upload any documents you wish to support your entry by using the browse button to find the file and then clicking on Upload to attach. Files can be no larger than 5mb in total and we would recommend uploading a zip file if you have more than one document you wish to add to your entry.
     
    To save your entry and come back to it at a later date, simply click on Save & Complete Later. If you wish to export your entry to a word document so that you can amend it offline, click on the Export to Word button. You will however then need to re-input your entry into the website, there is no import function.
     
  4. Return to a saved entry
    Simply click on the My Awards page and you will be taken straight to the login section of the website. Remember that to view entries for separate clients you will need to close the internet browser and login using your different login details.
     
  5. Submit your entry
    Once you have completed your entry click on Submit Entry. Please be aware that once you have pressed this button, your entry will go into the confirmed stage and cannot be amended under any circumstances. When your entry has been successfully submitted you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this email confirmation, please contact our events team using the Contact Us page.
